Do your pictures lack quality and impact?

If they do, then digital photo software may be your answer.

Digital Photo Software isn’t just useful it’s a necessity. If you have the prints done at the local store you have next to no control at all. Are you happy with that? Not likely. Well good news, digital photo software is your answer. What you see as you press the shutter button is often not what you get, fortunately you can look at the shot & usually try again. With film, you had no clue until it was processed. With digital photo software you can edit and make many changes to each frame you wish to improve..

Good news! With some fairly inexpensive digital photo software programs, (some occasionally come with the camera), you can do what you like to get the picture that you saw as you took it. Most people don’t care to have to take a course on how to use the software, so we will show you some easy to use digital photo software programs with multiple cures for your editing problems. The shot at the left  was through the aircraft window, & with  some adjustment was quite satisfactory, was from about 30,000 ft I think.

You’ll be amazed how easily with digital photo software you can correct rotation, sharpness, and even unwanted items and blemishes. Also keeping and cataloging your pictures in special groupings is great for later being able to locate a particular shot. This is where digital photo software is absolutely vital to give you satisfying or salable pictures. We’ll not delve too deeply into details on this page, but guarantee that any digital photo software we recommend will be easy to use.

In the following part of this page, we will include a simple example showing a before and after shot that was corrected in about 2 minutes using our preferred digital photo software. This software "ACDSee Pro 2.5" (now 5.0) is one of our very favorites, precisely because repairs are so easy, there is little or no learning curve. It’s that user friendly folks, and it’s used worldwide.

We'll get into more details on how you can obtain this interesting digital photo software on our next web page. As you can see, you have much more shadow detail and highlight detail while the green remains green. The Pacific Ocean wasn't visible at all in the before shot, nor any sky detail. You will see what detail is hidden in your pictures when you start using this first class  photo
software. The above example wasn't intended as a great photo,  it's just to show how both shadow and highlight areas can be enhanced.. Try it, you'll Really like it.  Go to the zone page in the index for another example of the use of zones, that are only found in the ACDSee 2.5 and 5.0 programs.  It makes just shadow/highlight adjustment become rather primitive by comparison! No layers needed here. I've found this program when used with an Olympus E-PL1, gives great lighting inside without any flash, which mostly lights the foreground areas. That particular camera does quite well by itself, and more so with the zone adjustments allowing detailed adjustments. Fast action needs flash however! More items and  pictures will soon be added here, as I'm currently converting older slides to digital for this an other site pages.  On th blog pages, you'll see another shot, from the aircraft at 20,000 feet or so!
